SublimePDF provides online PDF editing, conversion, and management tools, as well as a developer API for programmatic PDF generation.
3. Free Tools
Our browser-based PDF tools are provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time.
4. API Service
Access to the SublimePDF API requires a registered account and may require a paid subscription. API usage is subject to rate limits and usage quotas.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content you process through our Service
- You must not use the Service for any illegal purposes
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- You must not use the Service to process content that violates third-party rights
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content. SublimePDF does not claim any ownership over documents you process through our Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
SublimePDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Payments & Refunds
API subscription payments are billed monthly or annually. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused portions.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
