4. API Service

Access to the SublimePDF API requires a registered account and may require a paid subscription. API usage is subject to rate limits and usage quotas.

You are responsible for all content you process through our Service
You must not use the Service for any illegal purposes
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
You must not use the Service to process content that violates third-party rights
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys

You retain all rights to your content. SublimePDF does not claim any ownership over documents you process through our Service.

9. Payments & Refunds

API subscription payments are billed monthly or annually. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused portions.
